Direct Recruiters, Inc. (DRI), an executive staffing firm, has announced that Dan Miller has joined the company as an executive recruiter and will lead the expansion of DRI’s Labels and Labeling practice area.

Miller works closely with David Peterson, managing partner and director of DRI’s Plastics and Flexible Packaging practice area to orchestrate the growth of the company’s Labels and Labeling market segment. Miller’s responsibilities include new business development, relationship facilitation, sourcing, connecting and acquiring top tier talent in order to present the best slate of candidates to clients. According to the company, Miller is straightforward and client-focused with a passion for finding “the perfect fit” for both clients and candidates alike.

Prior to joining Direct Recruiters, Inc. Miller worked as an executive recruiter for DRI’s sister company, Direct Consulting Associates. Formerly, he worked for a Fortune 500 service company and managed a multi-million dollar business unit that covered West Michigan. His seven years of sales experience paired with his drive and competitiveness allow him to build great relationships with the best talent in the industry.

Miller received his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Miami University. He is a former club rugby player, an avid CrossFit athlete and enjoys playing ice hockey. Dan also loves travelling and has visited over 10 countries including Tanzania, where he climbed Kilimanjaro.
